In recent years we have received many requests for Tiny Houses. We are introducing four sizes of completely finished tiny houses. These are not the typical tiny house that has wheels but they are small enough to be moved down the highway with a special permit. They are super insulated and energy efficient. The smallest is 12 x 20 and comes complete with kitchen, bathroom, appliances, deck and small loft and runs $49,995.
We can build it on your site or deliver for you. We will have other sizes as well up to 16 x 24. We are working on financing options with two local financial institutions. These make great rentals, guest cabins, mother in law apartments etc.
